On November 9, 2023, a BalREc conference will be held on the real estate market, the most significant real estate platform in Bulgaria and the region, which will bring together the leading representatives of the country.
Leading investors, financial institutions, consultants, project managers, law firms and other experts involved in the largest projects and deals in the sector participated in the focus panels and sessions of this year’s edition of BalREc. The emphasis was on the state and investment environment in key market segments: office, retail space, housing, hotels, industry and logistics.
